Book Fair News 2021
The online 2021 Scholastic Book Fair was a success!
Mahalo friends and family of Keonepoko students! Thanks to your donations and purchases, we were able to buy every single book on teachers wish lists for their classrooms! We will also be able to continue to support the joy of reading and literacy in the coming months. We so appreciate all you do and have done to support students in their reading journeys! We couldn't do what we do without you!
Book Fair News 2020
Aloha e Keonepoko Elementary Families,
The 2020 Book Fair is done and was a massive success; we were able to keep over 50% of the proceeds! Thank you to all who attended our Book Fair this year!! Because of your dedication and donations, our keiki have many new books for their home libraries to increase their literacy. We were also able to make many teachers book wishes come true, and every keiki who completed our scavenger hunt is getting a free book! Not to mention the many, many books we are able to purchase that will be entering our library in the coming weeks. I know the keiki are beyond ready to dive into the exciting and wild books that are arriving. Due to the outpouring of support from this community, our library will continue to grow and thrive allowing us to spread the joy of literacy!
I also wanted to say a HUGE MAHALO to all those who volunteered their time to help pull off our 2020 Book Fair. I absolutely could not have done this without the support of parent and community volunteers. I so appreciate every single one of you and it is thanks you to that our keiki are able to benefit from the success with SO many new books.

Thank you for helping to make our Spring 2019 Dino-mite Scholastic Book Fair a SUCCESS!
A new free book was given to each of our Keonepoko students...along with some teacher wishes coming true. We were able to keep 50% of our proceeds to use toward Scholastic Dollars for books. Mahalo nui loa for your kokua in putting books in our keiki's hands!
